Yoga to relax

Yoga exercises are perfect for increasing flexibility and synchronizing movement with breathing.The exercises are based on different postures in which you have to stand still for 10 seconds and then move on to the next exercise.

Lie face down and slowly lift your right leg, stretching it as far as possible into the air and focusing your attention on that leg for about 10 seconds, then repeat the same exercise with your left leg.

During this exercise, your arms may stretch and rest under your hips

Always face down and with your hands on the ground next to your body, slowly lift your head and upper body as much as possible.

Then, always in the snake position, lift your legs, bend your knees and bring your feet as close as possible to your head.

Lie on your back, with your legs apart and your arms along your body, palm up and your eyes closed. All the tiredness, problems and worries in the body and that inspires peace, serenity and prosperity.
