Dexadermil is an anti-inflammatory and antipruritic cream used to relieve itching in case of dermatitis or allergy, whose active substance is dexamethasone.

Dexadermil is produced by the Legrand laboratory and can be purchased from pharmacies.

The way to use Dexadermil is to clean the affected area and apply a small amount of cream to the affected area, 2 or 3 times a day.

Before applying Dexadermil to the ear, it is necessary to clean and dry the outer area of the ear and with a cotton applicator, spread a layer of cream 2 or 3 times a day.

The main side effects of Dexadermil are: burns, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, increased hair thickness, acne, decreased skin pigmentation, allergic contact dermatitis, skin maceration, stretch marks and miliar.

Dexadermal is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to formula components with skin tuberculosis, chickenpox, thrush or herpes simplex. In addition, it should not be applied to the ear if there is a perforation in the eardrum membrane.

The use of Dexadermil during pregnancy and lactation should only be done under medical supervision.
