Stretch to do before and after walking

Walking stretching exercises should be done before walking as they prepare muscles and joints for exercise and improve blood circulation, but should also be done immediately after walking as they help eliminate excess lactic acid and reduce pain that can occur after physical exertion.

Walking stretching exercises should be done with all major muscle groups, such as legs, arms, and neck, for at least 20 seconds.
