Infections caused by Straphylococcus aureus G resistant to penicillin, penumococos and strep.
People allergic to penicillin
Thrombopenia, neutropenia, leukocytosis, agranulocytosis, eosiphilia, hemolytic anemia, aplastic anemia, transient interstitial nephritis, hyperactivity, nervousness, sleep disorders, mental confusion, hypertonia, dizziness, anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, gas, poor digestion, thrush, vaginal colitis, intestinal and oral, headaches.
Adults: 2 to 4 g / day IM or IV every 4 or 6 hours.
Children: 50 to 100 mg / kg / day IM or IV every 6 hours
Babies: 25 mg / kg / day IM or IV.
