Simbrinza is a medicine for glaucoma or eye hypertension in the form of eye drops.
Brinzolamide or brimonidine tartrate are the main components of the drug Novartis simbrinza, which is used to reduce high intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or eye hypertension.
Glaucoma (open angle or high blood pressure)
Patients with hypersensitivity to brinzolamide/brimonidine tartrate or any component of the Simbrinza formula.
It is indicated for newborns and children (under 2 years old).
Common side effects that occur in about 3 to 5% of patients and include blurred vision, eye irritation, dysgueusia (bad taste), dry mouth, eye allergy.
In the affected eye or affected eyes, three times a day, shake well before serving.
