Salicylic acid (ionilo)

Salicylic acid, known commercially as Ionil, is a topical drug with antiseborheic and atiac necneic characteristics that works by producing flaking of areas of the skin that are hyperkeratosis.

Seborrheic dermatitis; dandruff; soriasis; keratosis; vulgar acne.

  • Redness and scabs on the skin; If the product is absorbed.
  • Diarrhoea may occur; mental disorders; nausea.
  • Hearing loss.
  • Accelerated breathing.
  • Drowsiness.
  • Dizziness.
  • Vomiting.
  • Ringing in the ears.

Risk of pregnancy C; Children under 2 years of age Diabetic patients with circulatory insufficiency; warts Birthmarks, papillae with hair; hypersensitivity to salicylic acid.
