Ranitidine hydrocloline sold as Ranidin is a medicine that helps control symptoms of peptic ulcer and other stomach ailments.

Duodenal, gastric, postoperative ulcer, reflux esophagitis, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, dyspepsia, decreased gastric secretion, Mendelson syndrome and gastric bleeding prophylaxis.

Liver dysfunction, hepatitis, hepatosis with or without jaundice, leukopennia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis or pancythenia, bradycardia, atrioventricular blockage, headache, dizziness, mental confusion, blurred vision, rash and arthralgia.

Approximately 150 mg twice daily, in the morning and evening, or 300 mg at bedtime for 4 weeks, which can last another 4 weeks.
