Side effects of Pilem may include nausea, vomiting, irregular uterine bleeding, headache and dizziness.
Warning: if vomiting occurs within two hours of administration, the dose should be repeated.
Pilem is contraindicated in patients with confirmed pregnancy and in cases of liver disease, jaundice, ovarian, uterus or breast cancer and undiagnosed vaginal bleeding.
