Nupercainal is a local anesthetic ointment used to relieve pain and itching caused by insect burns or bites. The active ingredient in Nupercainal is hydroclonch kinchocaine, which works by blocking nerve fibers that transmit pain information.

Nupercainal side effects may be allergic reactions with burns or itching.
