Nebacidermis is an ointment that can be used to combat boils, other pus sores or burns, but should only be used on medical advice.

This ointment contains neomycin sulfate and zinc bacitracin, two antibiotic substances that combat the proliferation of bacteria in the skin.

A thin layer of this ointment should be applied to injured skin 3 to 5 times a day. When the ointment needs to be applied to a large area, such as the legs or the entire back, the maximum duration of use is 8 to 10 days.

Before applying the ointment, wash the wound with soap and water, and after drying the skin, apply the ointment with gauze.

You may notice wound improvement 2 to 3 days after you start using this ointment.

When used in large quantities, it can affect kidney function. Partial paralysis of muscles, tingling or muscle pain may also occur.

Your doctor should be warned if symptoms such as itching, body and/or facial redness, swelling, hearing loss or any other un not observed symptoms appear before using this ointment.

This ointment should not be used if you are allergic to neomycin, aminosid antibiotics and other ingredients of the formula. It should also not be used for severe kidney failure and changes in the labyrinthine system, such as severe hearing problems, labyrinthitis or loss of balance. , is not recommended for use during pregnancy, lactation, in newborns or those who are still breastfeeding.

Nebaciderm should not be used in the eyes.
