Hydroclotine memantine is indicated for the treatment of severe and moderate cases of Alzheimer’s.
The most common dose is 10 to 20 mg per day. Your doctor usually says:
This medicine should not be used in children and adolescents
The most common side effects are: mental confusion, dizziness, headache, drowsiness, fatigue, cough, shortness of breath, constipation, vomiting, increased pressure, back pain.
Less frequent reactions include heart failure, fatigue, fungal infections, confusion, hallucinations, vomiting, changes in gait and venous clotting such as thrombosis and thromboembolism.
Risk of pregnancy B, lactation, severe kidney damage. It is also not recommended for allergies to memantine chloride or any other component of the formula.
The use of this medicine should not be used when taking medicines: amantadine, ketamine and dextrometorphane.
When using this remedy, it is not recommended to consume alcoholic beverages.
