Lumbar stretch: how to exercise

Stretching and strengthening the lumbar muscles helps increase the mobility and flexibility of the joints, as well as correct posture and relieve lower back pain.

Stretching can be done early in the morning, during a break at work, to relieve muscle tension, or at night, before bedtime, to fall asleep more relaxed.
