Cephaloxin is an antibiotic used to treat urinary tract infections, among other conditions. It can be used during pregnancy because it does not harm the baby, but always under medical supervision.

If a woman is going to use this medicine, she may prefer to take it at the same time as the breast-feeding baby, because then, when it comes time to breastfeed again, the concentration of this antibiotic in breast milk is lower.
