Ginger tea for constipation

Ginger tea is an excellent home remedy against constipation, as ginger has properties that help digestion, increase bowel movements, soften fecal cake and reduce discomfort caused by constipation.

In addition to ginger tea, it’s important to eat more high-fiber foods like cereals, fruits, vegetables, legumes and nuts, drink about 2 litres of water a day and get plenty of water. Exercise regularly, 2 to 3 times a week.

  • Add the ginger and water to a saucepan and boil for about 8 minutes.
  • After turning off the heat.
  • Cover the pot.
  • Let the tea warm and drink up to 3 cups a day.
