During frontal treatment, you should not consume alcoholic beverages, as this increases their depressant effect. This medicine can lead to addiction.

In general, initial side effects go away with additional treatment
Risk of pregnancy D; People with liver or kidney problems Breastfeeding under 18 years of age.
Anxiety: start with 0. 25 to 0. 5 mg up to three times a day. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 mg.
Panic syndrome: take 0. 5 or 1 mg before bedtime or 0. 5 mg 3 times daily, progressing 1 mg daily every 3 days, the maximum dose in these cases can reach up to 10 mg.
XR tablets have a prolonged release. At first, 1 mg should be taken once or twice daily in case of anxiety, but in case of panic syndrome, start with 0. 5 mg twice daily. In the case of the elderly, doses should be reduced.
