Feeding a 7-month-old baby says:

At this stage of life, the baby should receive 4 or 5 meals a day, depending on the volume he or she eats, as the most abundant meals involve a longer interval between them.

The classic dinner soup can be substituted for broth (150 to 220g) or 1 cooked yolk, 1 tablespoon cereal and 1 or 2 tablespoons vegetable puree.

There must be a schedule for the baby to begin to fit into the home routine, however, feeding schedules must nevertheless be flexible, respecting the baby’s sleep and routine changes, such as travel.
