Atemoia is a fruit that is produced when crossing the count’s fruit, also known as pineapple or ata, and chirimoia. It has a light and bittersweet taste and is rich in nutrients such as vitamin B, vitamin C and potassium, and is generally consumed fresh.

How to prepare:
Remove the seeds from the atemoia and whisk the pulp into a blender, measuring 2 cups to make the cake. Add the eggs and oil and whisk again. Place the flour and sugar in a bowl and add the blender, mixing well. Add the yeast at the end and stir the dough again until smooth. Place in a preheated oven at 180oC for about 20 to 25 minutes.
